Forms & Pamphlets:

Waiver form - Must be filled by all skiers/boarders & handed to desk clerk once per season. Must be signed by parent or guardian if under 18 years of age.

Rental & Assumption of Risk Form - Must be filled to rent equipment. One form must be filled for every applicant & every rental date needed.

Season Group Packages - Group rates pamphlet for the Little Smoky Ski Hill & group rates pamphlet for the Little Smoky Tube Park.

Terms and Conditions for Skiers and Snowboarders:

There are elements of risk that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce.

1. Ski under control and in such a manner you can stop or avoid other skiers or objects.

2. When skiing downhill or overtaking another skier, you must avoid the skier below you.

3. You must not stop when you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above.

4. When entering a trail or starting downhill, yield to other skiers.

5. All snowboards are to have a retention strap or other device to help prevent runaway snowboards.

6. You shall keep off closed trails and posted areas and observe all posted signs.

7. Skiers must stay on designated runs.

If these rules are not followed, the skier could be asked to leave the hill for the day.
